FAQ
Frequently asked questions.
Not yet. Right now we are pilot-ready in Metro Manila and prioritising production capacity for Philippine hotels. If you are based outside the Philippines and want to plan ahead, you can still submit an inquiry and we will note your interest for when production ramps up.
We plan pilots in order of interest submitted through this page. Once we confirm your room count, DOT star rating and timeline, we will propose a scoped pilot window covering the SKUs you need first.
We source Philippine coconut husk fibre and plant-based binders locally through our sourcing and product-development workflow. If you represent a farm, processor or supplier of the above, use this form and we will reply.
